Yes, you may extend your reservation for an additional fee of $250 per hour, subject to availability.

If there is no damage to the venue, your $500 security deposit will be refunded within five business days.

To ensure the safety and smooth operation of all evening events, security personnel are required for any event extending beyond 5:00 PM. We have a list of preferred security vendors familiar with our venue and policies, and we are happy to provide their contact information upon request.

Due to high demand, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Please leave the venue in a reasonably clean condition. Remove all decorations, food, drinks, rental equipment, trash, and personal items. We will handle sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the restrooms.

Absolutely! Outside catering services are welcome; however, onsite cooking is not permitted.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and a refundable $500 security deposit is required. 

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your scheduled event.

Yes, we offer hourly rates from Monday to Wednesday at $300 per hour, with a minimum booking of two hours.

Yes, we offer various packages. Please call for details and visit our social media pages for special offers.

Yes, tours of Twinty 15 Venue are available by appointment only.

Yes, alcoholic beverages are permitted if served by a licensed and insured bartender 

(proof of insurance required). We also have preferred licensed and insured bartenders available for hire. Please note that the sale of alcohol and BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) is not allowed on the premises.
